Who do you work with?

I work with adults of all fitness levels, including runners, dancers, and people who are new to strength training. My coaching focuses on building confidence, strength, and sustainable movement habits.


Where do training sessions take place?

Training sessions take place at my primary gym location, in clients’ apartment gyms, or virtually, depending on the service you choose.

For clarity and transparency: I do not train clients at or through any other gyms where I am employed.


Do you offer virtual training?

Yes. Virtual training is available and includes customized programming, form feedback, and ongoing support.


Do you offer nutrition coaching?

At this time, I do not provide nutrition plans or meal prescriptions. I’m happy to offer general guidance around fueling for workouts, but my primary focus is strength training and movement.


What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours’ notice for all session cancellations or reschedules.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.


Can I work with you if I know you from another gym?

No. To remain compliant with gym policies, I’m unable to train or take on clients from other gyms where I am employed.
